To change your the email address on the account, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your ID.me Wallet
Visit https://wallet.id.me/ and sign in to your ID.me account.
2. Go to your Settings page.
3. Click "Account".
4. Click "Edit" next to the "Email" section of your "Account Information".
5. Replace the existing email address with the address that you'd like to change to.
6. Click ""Change my email".
7. Check your new email account and confirm the new email address.
Note: If there is already an active account using the email address you wish to change to, you will need to delete that account first, and wait for the account to be purged. The account deletion process takes 7 days to complete and cannot be bypassed by our Member Support Team.
